			<description><![CDATA[<p>I’ve been researching property services in Gawler East recently and thought I’d share something useful. <br />I ended up speaking with Andrew McKiggan and they were really straightforward. <br />They’re based at their office on 1 Lewis Ave in Gawler East, and they actually took the time to explain the local market. </p><p>If anyone around Gawler or Gawler East is thinking about selling a home, it might be worth giving them a call. <br />Their number is 0493-539-067, and they were pretty good at giving clear info. </p><p>I’m not saying they’re the only good option, but it’s rare to find an agency that actually gives practical advice without trying to push anything. <br />So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA. <br />Sometimes the smaller local offices like Gawler East Real Estate know the area way better than the big franchises.<br /><a href="https://pad.stuve.de/VztbZlRASMypC4dIrWMupg/">the team at Gawler East Real Estate</a></p>]]></description>
