Hi there, I've been experimenting with both nicotinamide mononucleotide and nicotinamide riboside combined for the past few months and honestly the synergistic effect on my cellular energy production has been amazing - from what I understand about how to increase NAD+, NMN uses the direct pathway while NR goes through Preiss-Handler pathway so taking them in combination seems to increase NAD+ levels more efficiently than either anti-healthy aging solutions (http://wiki.attentioncapique.lespredys.org) supplements alone, plus I've been stacking them with some quercetin as a CD38 inhibitor and seriously my physical endurance and brain fog have gotten so much better - anyone else tried this approach for cellular health and ATP production?
