I ended up speaking with Andrew and they were really straightforward.
They’re based at their office on 1 Lewis Ave in Gawler East, and they actually took the time to talk about what affects home prices here.

If anyone around Gawler or Gawler East is thinking about getting a valuation, it might be worth giving them a call.
Their number is 0493-539-067, and they were easy to talk to.

I’m not saying they’re the only good option, but it’s rare to find an agency that actually gives practical advice without trying to push anything.
So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA.
Sometimes the smaller local offices like Gawler East Real Estate know the area way better than the big franchises.
