Honest Talkiatry feedback 2026 - Legit service for ADHD treatment?

Hi folks, I've been looking into Talkiatry reviews and trying to figure out if it's the real deal - looks like their virtual psychiatry service provides everything from depression therapy to Xanax prescriptions, but I'm skeptical of the out of pocket expenses since my Humana might not cover it fully and I've seen conflicting reports about their Healow app integration - did anyone here experienced their medication management remote mental health services for PTSD and can tell me if it's worth the investment or if there are deductible problems I should watch out for?
