I’ve been looking into local real estate options lately and thought I’d share something useful.
I ended up speaking with Andrew McKiggan and they were very professional.

I’m not saying they’re the only good option, but it’s rare to find an agency that actually gives practical advice without trying to push anything.
So yeah, just sharing in case it helps someone else looking around here in SA.
Sometimes the smaller local offices like Gawler East Real Estate know the area way better than the big franchises.
